    Transition Manager

    About the role:


    In this role you will be a member of Shared Services Team, based on Krakow, focused on delivering Transitions. The position gives also the unique opportunity to cooperate with the business partners across all centres to share best practice and capabilities.

    Job description:

    As part of our team in Cracow, you will be supporting following specialist areas

    • Management and co-ordination of key transition projects and programs
    • Ensure that the individual will deliver all activities related to the transition in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting)


    • Manages the project deliverables, milestones, scope, schedule, cost, quality and stakeholders
    • Follows central team transition methodology
    • Manages local provider team in the transition state: Review and oversight over junior team members in the transition
    • Acts as the central liaison for all transition activities
    • Coordinates and cooperates with central project team
    • Acts as first line of mitigation for issues and escalates (if relevant) to agreed executives in the organization
    • Manages the day to day client relationship and expectations

    • Approves project costs assigned to the specific project code in line with the transition budget and contracted transition solution
    • Ensures the transition team has all resources required for transition project
    • Agrees, controls and reports any proposed changes to the agreed scope, timeline and plan
    • Approves travel required for other team members in order to ensure all travel is aligned with the project constraints and in line with the company mobility policies
    • Participates in Due Diligence
    • Acts as a resolution point for transition issues raised by other team members

    Candidate’s profile:

    • At least 5-7 years’ experience within transition/migration of the business processes, preferably in the BPO/SSC environment,
    • Experience in the role of the person coordinating/managing a transition/migration process (planning, design, transformation) is a must,
    • Working experience in change management projects/activities,
    • Delivery management,
    • Master`s degree in the area of Business/Finance and Accounting/Economics preferable
    • PMP or Prince Qualification nice to have
    • Fluent spoken and written English skills
    • MS Office suite/Lotus Notes
    • Delivery management
    • Reporting & documentation management
    • Must be prepared to work intensively over long periods
