Your responsibilities

  • As a Transition Specialist, you will work with the migration manager to plan and execute migrations of specified roles into GBS in Poland. You will work across the team to ensure knowledge sharing and enabling the delivery team to be well prepared for the go-live.

  • Identifying and scheduling project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks – preparing, owning, and tracking detailed project plan, setting up the governance rhythm.

  • Monitoring project deliverables progress project timeliness and sending regular updates to key stakeholders.

  • Proactively identifying and reporting the risks. Working with respective teams to ensure mitigation plans are put in place and executed accordingly.

  • Managing communication with key stakeholders and facilitating escalations.

  • Working with the respective teams to deliver service metrics for planned migrations and required service documentation, to ensure facility/seat availability, and to deliver required IT infrastructure.

  • Reporting on transition metrics i.e., timeline and budget adherence and first time right, etc.

  • Managing logistics for knowledge capture associated travel.

Our requirements

  • Proven ability to work with different stakeholders, good stakeholder management, and client handling (domestic & international) skills

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic and evolving environment

  • Track record of excellent project execution/delivery preferred

  • Understanding metrics, process improvements, lean, and six sigma would be helpful

  • Proficient with MS Office – MS Excel and MS Powerpoint in particular

  • Proven experience in project management
