Your responsibilities

  • We are recruiting Transition & Transformation Program Managers/Directors to our Global Program Management team.
  • The Transition & Transformation Program Manager/Director is overall responsible for translating client's multi-million contracts of IT Transition and Transformation into measurable business results. He/she is a senior manager with proven track records in IT transformation executed by program and project management.
  • The Transition and Transformation Program Manager/Director is a critical role in the translation of Atos contracts with the client into measurable business results and will be the primary leader ensuring IT investments and initiatives are aligned with business strategy and priorities of Atos and its client. S/he will lead, motivate and take accountability for a team that delivers key direction and tools to the broader organization and is viewed as a critical and accountable owner of program delivery.
  • Build excellent relations with client's stakeholders enabling effectively plan and execute digital journey of the client
  • Using T&T program plan, contract summaries, the responsibility rests to deliver scope for all facets of deliverables through the life cycle from a pre-contract phase, sourcing, onboarding, requirements, and specification creation through the build, validation, and launch phases of the program.
  • Accountable for all phases of Atos programs from inception through production launch including strategic planning, program budgeting, and control, process and project improvements, and standardization where suitable as well as synchronization of the Atos and Third-party milestones.
  • Fiscally responsible for program budgets and spends with the accountability for successful quality product program launches, on time, within budget to deliver an improved revenue, margin and profitability.
  • Review resource capacity planning, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Lead the program teams by establishing actionable deliverables and demonstrable features/capabilities, reports in clear and easy-to-understand formats both internally and externally.
  • Create and distribute reporting, key performance indicators, and service level agreements that provide the clear status of program health.
  • Define the approach for continuous improvement including tools, program KPIs, training, communication, operating rhythms, and review cycles
  • Act as the primary internal contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance.
  • Adapt reporting formats and content to fit a wide variety of audiences from senior executives to working-level teams both internally and partner-facing
  • Provide effective leadership throughout your Program, presents a clear vision of what needs realistically to be achieved, pursuing goals with energy and vigor. Expresses confidence/enthusiasm for new ideas, encouraging others to play an active role.

Our requirements

  • Has experience or demonstrable capability of being able to lead large size (>30 – 300 staff), multi-site/disciplined project team.
  • Plans and controls programs containing multiple sub-projects and/or 3rd party activities with external dependencies. Re-plans/baselines to maintain expected outcomes while managing and tracking scope and milestone changes.
  • Manages seamless handover of the project outputs that are accepted by the client and/or standing Atos organization.
  • Adapts to changing circumstances, adopting different roles according to where appropriate to fit with a new (customer) environment. Experiments with new ways of doing things and takes a positive approach to change.
  • Take overall management responsibility and leadership from bid phase to transfer to Run mode teams ensuring Delivery teams are engaged in time and that Handover to Run mode is complete (All services enabled in CMDB, alerting and monitoring in place).
  • Defines project requirements and scope with stakeholders, suggesting suitable requirement definitions and acceptance measures to remove ambiguity. Negotiates to maximize Atos’s commercial position while delivering client value.
  • Able to manage an effective overall change control - documentation, impact analysis (cost, risk, quality, staffing), approval by Change Control Board, and updates/coordinates the project plan. Is able to negotiate key stakeholders to agree with changes to approach
  • Meets agreed contractual/Atos standards, liaising with Account Manager to maintain effective relationships with the client. Resolves issues/disputes early on, effectively negotiating to maintain client relationship alongside Atos commercial position
  • Has strong experience in working in the frame of commercial contracts enhanced by procurement awareness.
  • Proven track records in Program and Project Management more than 5 years,
  • Holds Program and Project Management certification
  • Agile Certifications will be an advantage.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Information Technology in various domains
  • Hold Business and Technical bachelor’s degree combinations in related fields or relevant experience.
  • English business fluent is a must. German, French, Dutch, Scandinavian languages will be a plus.
