Your responsibilities
Keeping daily contact with Project managers from Group companies (in Europe and Asia) to receive, process and deliver translation and DTP projects. This includes CAT process, quotation, vendor assignation, scheduling, quality assurance.
Keeping daily contact with supplier project managers and translators to receive and deliver translation and DTP projects.
Making sure the quality, timing and budget of the projects is achieved and reported.
Our requirements
Strong and clear communication skills.
Flexibility and capacity to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Experience in translation and localization project management; at least 3 years+ experience in a similar, language PM focused role.
English excellent level. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
Good command of CAT tools (SDL, XTM, MemoQ, Xbench, etc.)
What we offer
Contract of employment (Umowa o pracę) with a 3 month probation period and next, if successful, a one year contract.
