Your responsibilities
Recruiting, training, and managing a team of qualified translators;
Building and managing terminology resources such as glossaries, style guides, and translation memory files;
Collaborating with key stakeholders across the company;
Editing and performing quality control on translators' output and translations delivered by vendors;
Applying changes to preferred terminology in the locations in which our linguistic assets are stored to achieve consistency;
Performing tasks related to product documentation, education, website, and product marketing, as needed.
Our requirements
Fluent spoken and written English, preferred level C2;
At least 2 years' experience working in translation project management, including identification and vetting of qualified of translators;
Familiarity with at least one CAT tool is essential;
Experience in managing a team;
Bachelor's degree in either Translation or Interpretation is a plus. A postgraduate degree and management qualifications would be highly regarded;
Ability to manage time successfully in an environment with many competing priorities;
Familiarity with software terminology and the software development process in general.
