Your responsibilities
Tender Management from request for quotation to proposal to the customer,
Developing logistics solutions meeting the customer’s requirements in terms of cost and quality,
With support from European Tender Centers, preparing and leading proposal discussions to provide clients with the best possible offer,
Analysis of the offer elements (data, challenges, constraints, means…), as well as balancing the positive and negative aspects of any solution,
Data crunching, building data base & analysis with the use of Excel, VBA or Access
Building optimization for logistics solutions with engineering studies,
Calculation of the forecasted incomes and costs for a particular project and presentation of proposed budgeting,
Validation and support in the implementation of chosen solutions.
Our requirements
University degree (Engineer, Scientific or Economic/Logistics Master’s degree),
Min 2-3 years of experience in logistics environment in network design for road transport, global tender management, or supply chain in industrial environment (Automotive, FMCG, Construction building, Heavy industry etc.),
High analytical skills, excellent knowledge of MS Excel/ VBA or Access,
Fluent English is a must – daily work in international environment,
German B1/B2 would be a plus, Polish is not a must,
Well-developed business awareness with formal presentational skills,
Autonomous, attention to detail and customer & solution oriented.
