Your responsibilities
- Lead purchasing inquiries and negotiations with transportation suppliers, for various flows within & beyond European countries and be part of a team responsible to implement Commercial Interventions.
- Collect market intelligence, analyze the supply base and stay current on the elements that can impact supply & demand (e.g. European legislation, road taxes, driving restrictions...)
- Negotiate contracts with selected suppliers, and monitor agreements ongoing to ensure contracts are respected and completed.
- Active relationship management with P&G External Business Partners, to ensure strategic alignment and to develop strong working relationships.
- Contribute to continuously transforming P&G’s Supply Chain Resilience with the aim to respond to changing market/consumers/customers trends, e.g. E-Commerce
- Fuel P&G’s Sustainability Journey, via analyzing different transportation modes, routes and equipment (Electric, Alternative Fuels, etc.)
- Accelerate P&G’s Future-Readiness via innovation (Autonomous, Electromobility, Digital Freight Forwarding, etc.…)
Our requirements
- Fresh Master’s/ Bachelor’s Graduates (no experience necessary)
- Very strong leadership, CAN-Do attitude, team-spirit, Passion to Win, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent MS Office Package skills (especially MS Excel)
- IT skills (basic programming and advanced macro knowledge) - nice to have

This role is part of the Logistics Purchases Organization, responsible for the sourcing of Logistics Services for P&G in Europe. Key responsibilities of this role include the sourcing of Transportation Services for P&G’s Finished Goods within the P&G Network (Plants, Distribution Centers, etc.) all the way to serving our Customers, also for P&G’s Bulk Shipments & Raw/Packaging Materials from our Suppliers to our Manufacturing Plants and Warehouses. This is a great opportunity to become a part of a dynamic and diverse team of buyers and an integral part of P&G’s European Supply Chain Organization where you will get the opportunity to work with multiple functions and internal partners. The role is externally focused and will require strong interactions with External Business Partners and Suppliers
