Your responsibilities
Changing initiative and process improvement design
Coaching, mentoring, managing and developing project team members
Ensuring efficiency and high quality of T&E processes
Ensuring that the service levels meet the requirements of SLA
Escalating issues that impact ability to perform on any above
Good understanding and involvement in BCP Testing and in actual implementation in event such in scenario
Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
Individual and team participation in Organization wide and client wide events and activities
Interactions with client on process related issues
Involvement in Initial Process Training & Refresher trainings
Maintaining high quality of reports
Managing and developing the relationships with the clients
Managing and coordinating T&E team in day to day operations
Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures
Providing effective communication and professional relations with both internal and external customers and co-workers
Understanding and complying towards Infosys BPO, client policy and procedures
Our requirements
About 3 years of corporate experience in F&A/T&E process (preferable BPO or SSC)
Fluent English (min.B2)
Working knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage
Strong attention to details and deadline-orientation
MS Excel proficiency
Being well organized, accurate and flexible
Openness for the new challenges
Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accounting would be an asset
