Travel Consultant - French speaker

Do you want to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, where no two days are the same? We’re looking for Travel Consultants who enjoy a people-focused workplace and international environment!

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will provide active travel consultation and you will plan their business travels from start to finish. The position is open for experienced Travel Consultants, as well as junior candidates who are willing to learn. We will provide you a full training so you can develop into a travel expert!

- You will appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the client

- Search and confirm travel reservations for the client

- Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties

- Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests

- Perform follow-up as needed and within the time frame promised to the client

- Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
