    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support EMEA and NA Travel and T&E Team Manager to simplify and standardize travel and T&E operations.
    • Manage Travel and T&E portfolio.
    • Work with every level of employee throughout the company and is responsible for supporting the Travel Policy and maximizing cost efficiencies, while providing travel services that assist travellers in meeting Company objectives.
    • Create, analyse, and interpret value added, custom reports to support audits, delinquency, supplier, exceptions, spend, trends and variance analysis.
    • Identify work process with opportunity for improvement.
    • Work with system supplier to identify and deploy site enhancements.
    • Performs standard prescribed T&E and P-Card audits.
    • Assembles and creates and conducts expense system and cardholder training.
    • Support of all team members in new projects and take over ad hoc tasks.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • Accounting/Finance/Business Degree or equivalent will be an asset.
    • Solid business experience (3 years) with any of Travel, Corporate Card, G/L, Accounts Payable, expense processing or related experience is required.
    • English and French proficiency is required, other languages such as Polish, Italian, Spanish would be an asset.
    • Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels of management.
    • Must possess and maintain knowledge of travel regulations and policies.
    • Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven environment.    
    • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and practical problem-solving skills.
