Process travel and expense claims for defined responsibility area
Deliver, analyse and report Invoice to Pay services including its subprocesses such as Travel and Expense claim management and Invoice processing
Handle purchase invoices for defined responsibility area
Participate in defining, developing and ensuring the implementation of Travel and Expense
policies, solutions and ways of working
Manage and give guidance for the internal and external partners with daily Travel and Expense
related process issues, incl. process documentation
Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement in Invoice to Pay, Travel and Expense process
Act as a single point of contact/ key user for defined areas and drive cooperation with the
relevant stakeholders
