    Fresenius Kabi Business Services is currently searching for candidates for:

    Travel & Expense Team Leader
    Miejsce pracy: Wrocław


    • Manage a team up to 15 persons
    • Prioritize and process daily business requirements with regards to relevant accounting process
    • Coordinate and actively contribute to the performance of the team
    • Understand and challenge the accounting processes in scope
    • Monitor performance of the team, including design and measurement of relevant KPIs and target levels
    • Maintain good relations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective leadership and providing high quality of service
    • Participate in special projects and activities as assigned by Process Manager
    • Identify process improvement and standardization opportunities, and support implementation process


    • Education: University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent
    • Experience:
      • 4 years of experience in working in finance & accounting (preferably in SSC)
      • 2 years of experience in leading a T&E team (leading PTP team will be also taken into consideration)
    • Experience in T&E accounting process
    • Good knowledge of English
    • Good knowledge of other European language will be an advantage
    • Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP or accounting software
    • Knowledge of Concur system will be a strong advantage
    • Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • Goal-driven team management skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to work with other cultures
    • Willingness to undertake new challenges
