Your responsibilities
Pursuit of PIR (Passenger Irregular Report) procedures, e.g. in the case of lost luggage
Clarification of specific individual cases which are very inconvenient for the traveller with car rental, railways, hotels and airlines (e.g. confirmed reservations in the hotel sector and in the car rental business which cannot be found on the spot)
Claim management: Recording of complaints in relation to promised categories (cleanliness, furnishings, service level in the hotel industry and in the car rental business)
Clearing of Incorrect / false invoicing
Detection of flight delay incidents
Timely auditing of travel agency services (especially in the airline sector)
Our requirements
Fluent spoken German (min. C1), English on a communicative level (min. B1)
Willing to work in international environment and teams
Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Windows, …)
Outstanding organizational skills
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
Experience in a related field, ideally in SSC/BPO sector
Reliable, structured and independent way of working
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel
