Treasury Analyst
Location: Katowice

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

  • Fluency in English (C1 Command of English),
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field,
  • 2 years’ work relevant experience in Treasury Function and Cash Platforms,
  • Prior exposure to financial activities in a multinational setting,
  • Ability to effectively handle tight deadlines and time-sensitive pressures,
  • Ability to collaborate with a global team and non-Finance audiences,
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo to enhance productivity, processes, and procedures,
  • Impeccable sense of integrity and business ethics,
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office software, ERP platforms, and other Finance systems to manipulate data and summarize results for presentation.

Your role:


A key member of the Treasury team, the Treasury Analyst participates in all corporate treasury disciplines with an emphasis on cash and liquidity management, quantitative modelling, financial analysis and development of daily dashboard/reporting. The Analyst will support the development of capital & operating analysis, cash flow forecasts & schedules, and support enterprise-wide policies and procedures.

Working hours - from 12:00pm to 8:00pm - working from home

Responsibilities

  • Daily banking activities required to support the global operation – initiating and approving transactions involving vendors, payroll, etc.,
  • Performs daily cash management across banking platforms,
  • Reporting to senior management on daily cash collections and balances,
  • Forecasts expected cash flows based on the underlying business drivers – revenue, personnel and vendor costs, etc.,
  • Support quarterly reporting to lenders and other stakeholders as required,
  • Assist with management of permissions and controls on the Global banking platform,
  • Assist with establishing new bank accounts as required,
  • Act as a capable backup to the Treasury manager,
  • Overlapping work schedule with US team for Treasury cohesiveness.
