Your responsibilities
Execute trade deals with banks (money market funds, term deposits, MMDA)
Onboard new bank counterparties for investment (KYC process)
Assist Team with EMEA short term cash flow forecast
Prepare/review weekly FX exposure analysis
Onboard new bank counterparties for FX trade (KYC process)
Perform house bank administration (CitiDirect BE, Deutsche Bank)
Input/authorize EMEA Treasury payments
Provide analytical support to Internal Control and Treasury
Assist with treasury projects and reporting
Handle daily queries from banks
Handle internal and external audit queries
Ad hoc support for the Treasury Manager
Our requirements
Bachelor’s (Master preferred) degree in accounting or finance
At least 3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, banking, finance or another related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficient in MS Office Package (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Other European language skills a plus
Familiarity with bank processes, e-banking, FX platforms, bank products and cash forecasting
Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing, and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
Knowledge of Cash Management Systems, like: COUPA, Kyriba, Euronetting, CitiDirect – would be an asset
