Treasury Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Perform Treasury Operations (i.e. Cash Funding, Payments processing, Intercompany transactions, month-end closing activities, checks control, Factoring, Investments, letters of credit, Bank Account Management, pension plan, attention to requirements from internal and external audit, etc.), including related IT systems and tools.

• Funding of bank accounts according to needs, and in coordination with cash management and forecasting

• Make sure all payments and receipts are performed and received timely.

• Monitor opening/closure of bank accounts, incl. maintenance of records on bank signatory lists.

• Execute the payments of the different business units in EMEA/APAC

• H2H payment monitoring

• Monitoring of payroll payments

• Bank vouchers

• Notice of rejections

• Execution of foreign currency purchases and payment to suppliers (different local currency)

• Execution of manual treasury payments according to needs

• Clarification of items in reconciliation

• Month end closings

• Contact with accounts payable (different requisitions)
