Your responsibilities

Summary of Role

The Treasury Analyst assists primarily with activities related to ACN’s European Operations. It includes transfer of funds, planning, and cash pool optimization. In addition, the Treasury Analyst provides support with other treasury activities in North America and serves as a backup for the Treasury Manager.

• Reconciling book and bank transaction (including positive pay transactions in the US/Canada,) data in order to ensure cash and/or transactions are in agreement with system of record and all breaks are resolved in a timely manner,

• Researching, analyzing and ensuring resolution of exception items through communication with internal and external entities in an accurate and timely manner in order to reduce financial exposure to our clients and company,

• Administration and manage user roles on various banking platforms,

• Monitoring and update global daily cash position report,

• Resolving non-routine problems in order to minimize financial and operational risk exposure,

• Responding to internal inquiries related to checks, ACHs and payments on a daily basis,

• Assisting with development of regional cash flow forecast models; identify opportunities to improve forecasting methodology,

• Responsible for ensuring timely funding for Europe payroll every month, across X# of countries,

• Supporting Treasury Accounting projects and initiatives, providing feedback and raising concerns,

• Preparing, update, maintain Bank account schedule and maintain on file,

• Participation in Treasury projects as assigned.

Our requirements

  • Knowledge of cash management and banking practices,

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance,

  • Work experience in cash management 3-5 years,

  • Experience working with multiple international Bank platforms, payment methods and FX trades,

  • Cash pool management experience in international environment,

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel,

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once as well as meet deadlines,

  • Attention to detail with ability to self-check work,

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work very well independently,

  • Desire to gain knowledge and accept more responsibility,

  • Analyzing and problem solving,

  • Team player.
