    • Effective operation of the Credit Suisse AG London Branch Management committee (LBMC)
    • Support with the process oversight to issue and renew Powers of Attorney documents on behalf of CS AS London Branch
    • You will assist with ensuring UK IB Audit, RCA and Regulatory issues (collected in MICOS) are appropriately prioritized by business divisions and corporate functions through the transparency of issues to UK IB governance (including OpRisk Incidents)
    • Ensuring a framework exists to enable Senior Managers to demonstrate compliance with SYSC and to identify gaps requiring remediation
    • Ensuring the RCA process is appropriately applied to the UK IB legal entities and accurately reflects the inherent operational risks, mitigating controls and assessment of the residual risks, including proportionate mitigating action plans
    • Help with providing oversight of key strategic cross departmental UK IB attestations e.g. IOSCO un-cleared margin, Financial Crime Programme
    • Support programme leadership on key strategic cross departmental initiatives impacting the UK IB e.g. remediation programmes, responding to incidents, preparation for regulatory responses
    • Assist with “Horizon Scanning” in order to help anticipate key control or regulatory matters which could materially impact the UK IB


    • You have previous experience and knowledge in a similar role operating front to back across the organisation – at least 4 years
    • You have previous experience of operating at a senior level and effectively collaborating with a range of senior partners and management
    • You present strong risk and control knowledge and an ability to actively identify and handle operational risk and controls issues
    • You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
    • You have excellent relationship and interpersonal skills and concise communication skills both verbally and written (in English)
    • You are proficient user of MS Office suite – especially MS Excel
    • You have good statistical skills for measurement responsibilities
