Manage all aspects of university relations and establish relationships with campus placement office directors, career centres, campus faculty
Review hiring requirements and build relationships with key FIS stakeholders including business leaders, hiring managers and business representatives for campus events
Plan and attend on campus events including careers fairs, brand-building and networking events, case studies, presenting skills workshops etc.
Review media advertising and manage all job postings
End-to-end requisition management – including managing the candidate pipeline, interview scheduling and conducting initial interviews to qualify candidates
Managing post-interview feedback, managing offers and placement in the business
Utilise the applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting and hiring activity
Collaborate with the global university hiring team on reviewing and updating marketing collateral – such as candidate brochures, website content development, campus hiring videos etc.
Knowledge of the graduate and higher education market and processes
Previous experience of at least one full life cycle of graduate recruitment preferred
Experience working with high volume recruitment needs
Experience leveraging applicant tracking systems for the recruitment process, i.e. WorkDay, Taleo or other
Willingness to travel as needed, especially during peak campus seasons

We are seeking a highly motivated university recruiter to join the EMEA FIS University Recruiting Team, based in Warsaw.
This position sits within the global university hiring function – a growing specialist team at FIS!
What you will be doing:
In your role, you will assist in executing the EMEA campus recruiting strategy; championing FIS’ brand and image on university campuses and work to ensure we are positioned as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
You will recruit full-time entry-level and intern joiners in designated geographic areas or business units within the EMEA region, primarily focused on Poland. This will include coordinating recruiting activities, developing and maintaining relationships with campus careers / placement offices and faculty, and serving as the main point of contact for students – both at your designated schools and throughout the FIS application process.
