- Ensure the accounts receivable debts are collected within agreed terms
- Send invoices to customers, upload invoices to portals (collaborate with IT to ensure invoices are not rejected)
- Work with customer for requests for copy of invoices or other queries in a timely manner
- Monitor customer accounts, defined KPIs, and provide detailed commentary for variances to expectations
- Coordinate with cash accountant to ensure cash is properly applied to customer accounts.
- Calculate and record bad debt expense. Be accountable to any increases in provision.
- Review invoices raised by the project team to ensure that invoices are accurate, complete and agree to signed contracts.
- Chase outstanding debtors, working with customer services or key account managers to resolve disputes and cash is collected time
- Support audit inquires related to accounts receivable balances and invoicing
- Ad hoc responsibilities as determined by the UK Accounting Manager
Our requirements
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Minimum of 3- 4 years of work experience
- Previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Previously worked with an accounts receivable ledger with multiple currencies
- Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
- English skills at B2/C1 level

Role description:
According to the development of our SSC structures, we are looking for a few professionals who would like to develop their careers in Accounts Receivables. Your main duty will be to maintenance of accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of recorded financial data. Support the finance team and complete month end close procedures. You will have a chance to work in cross functions team (AP, AR, GL). You will report directly to the Accounting Manager.
