Ensuring that requests for IT support are identified, evaluated, prioritized and investigated with recommendations being documented and communicated to the requestor.
Responsibility for the setup and maintenance of client systems (workstations, telecom equipment, printers) and other related software/applications.
End to end triage support including coordinating with integrating applications and ensuring successful and timely issue resolution.
Taking ownership, scheduling, prioritizing and resolving Service Desk incidents.
Configuring devices to the local area network and AD domain.
Supporting the deployment of new PC hardware, applications, and other tools within the organization.
Supporting hardware asset management and software license compliance.
Providing support for audio-visual equipment and video conferencing.
Providing user training and presenting new user orientation in groups or one-on-one basis.
Developing solutions and documentation focused on delivery of cost-effective solutions, collaborating with partner IT teams to identify and resolve root cause issues.
Independently and collaboratively identifying system bugs, configuration adjustments, and performance issues and present solutions.
Developing dashboards and reporting in accordance with customer requirements and stated goals.
Troubleshooting application, system and performance issues, and working with SAAS support ServiceNow as needed, to resolve Incidents and Service Requests within SLAs.
Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance processes are adhered to and provide support/ownership of any audit requirements.
College Diploma preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field,
3 to 5 years of experience working in a continuous delivery environment, troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktop PCs and supporting a large complex user base,
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform with knowledge of basic administration of ServiceNow is strongly preferred,
Very good knowledge of English,
Reasonable and working understanding of ServiceNow’s Core ITSM modules: Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, etc.,
Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills,
Solid communication skills, both written and interpersonal,
Extreme focus on client satisfaction through resourcefulness and having excellent customer-focused mindset,
Very strong knowledge of PC operating systems, specifically Windows Suite, Microsoft Teams, and relevant applications – MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.,
An understanding of data communications with respect to local and international area networks,
A working knowledge of TCP/IP, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP,
Working both independently and in a team-oriented environment,
Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies as well as to effectively prioritize, schedule and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment,
Minimal international travel, Shift work and Overtime may be required.
