Your responsibilities
Work on our software developed internally for our employees and customers worldwide
Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers, and the UX Team
Advocate UX in the company, educate our teams and support their design decision-making processes with your knowledge and skills
Work on our Design System together with our DS Community (Designers+Developers)
Work on workshops facilitation, research projects, and DesignOps tasks connected to your projects
Support and mentoring of Junior UX Designers
Our requirements
3 + years of professional experience as a UX Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role (experience in designing enterprise software is a plus)
Proficiency in using standard design tools (our main tool is Figma)
Strong visual skills
A comprehensive understanding of modern interface design patterns
Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design practices and principles
Curiosity and drive to continually improve our products, processes, Design System, and UX culture within the company
Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in an international and multicultural organization
Confident communication of rationale of design decisions
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (Polish is not a must, we speak English at work)

About the Knowledge Center:
The Knowledge Center, located in Gdańsk, is a hub for innovation and develop state-of-the-art business and technology solutions to help us navigate the future. And we want to do that together with you.
Team and Project overview:
Join our UX Team and be responsible for UX Design of our internal software, applications for our customers, and our Design System development. As a part of the team, you will be working on product concepts, creating prototypes, developing and improving our existing digital products, and collaborating with UX Team, IT Teams, Product Owners, and employees working worldwide. You will be a member of the in-house UX Team of 18 experts (researchers, designers, and analysts) working in Gdansk and Hamburg.
