For our innovative and growing Client - multinational clinical research organization that provides consulting, clinical development and commercialization services for the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an UX Developer/Designer.

About the project
Development and creation of components for the newly created global platform for conducting clinical trials and patient service.
Your responsibilities
Implement front-end solutions for a platform used by millions of customers across the globe
Participate in product brainstorming sessions, concept development and prototyping
Design, estimate, plan, and roll out UX experience improvements that will delight our customers and take it to the next level
Monitor the progress of initiatives and milestones to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met
Independently code and test major features while collaborating with design, engineering, product, and marketing
Solve complex problems through core interactions and interfaces and adopt them for mobile: iOS and Android platform & web application
Explore, develop, and visualize interaction and interface concepts through wireframes, storyboards, or other dynamic media to create interactive walk-throughs and experiential prototypes for user evaluation and assessment
Research new UI / UX and interaction technologies and frameworks make selections and recommendations
Conduct workshops & brainstorming sessions with internal team members
Become a valuable addition to a dynamic full-stack team and work with other developers to deliver complex changes
Working within a cross functional scrum team
Demonstrate best practices, open source governance and revision control
Understanding Business, System and Technical design requirements
Employer requirements
Minimum of BS in Design, Computer Science, Interaction Design or related major
At least 4 years of UI/UX working experience
In-depth knowledge of coding languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc.
Command of advanced application languages such as Ruby, PHP, Java, XHTML, .Net, Ajax etc.
Knowledge of UI/UX design & testing such as Flash, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
Familiar with HTTP/HTTPS and basic networking concepts
Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Magento, Joomla, WooCommerce and others
Understanding of SEO
Strong knowledge of user interface and information design processes and methodology
Self-motivated with a drive to explore new ideas and concepts
