Your responsibilities
We are looking for an expert with a vision that will improve the the quality and effectiveness of delivered solutions
We have a team of 2 UI/UX designers that has to be reinforced
Our team needs a leader who with a good feeling of teamwork and some strength soft skills
You will support our product owners on the product discovery
You will conduct the user research
You will cooperate with our data team to gather the most relevant data on your researches
You will create user stories, sketches & designs
Our requirements
You have a knowledge and deep understanding the of user experience research techniques
You are an expert in digital product development
You have an experience in effectiveness testing and anlalysis
You have a practical experience in conducting and developing user research
You build user stories, based on conducted research
You have a great knowledge of methods and tools for data analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar area or position
You have an experience in ecommerce and / or SAAS product
Your language skills are at least:
B2/C1 English
German or Spanish will be an advantage
