Value Capture Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Overviewing the delivery of strategic and financial objectives of the integrations and controlling the overall value capture

  • Introducing performance management and savings tracking process

  • Defining scope, plan and manage budget & resources

  • Monitoring and track performance of initiatives

  • Identifying and develop solutions for cross-functional challenges and opportunities in partnership with relevant workstreams

  • Identifying and manage risks

  • Solving conflicts and manage escalations

  • Providing content leadership and/or support to workstreams when needed

Our requirements

  • Have 3-5 years relevant experience, including PMO, integration, consulting experience highly desirable

  • Have Master’s degree in Business, Economics

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Are fluent at English

  • Display ability to lead without authority and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrate experimental mindset to drive change
