Your responsibilities

  • Manage the on-boarding of suppliers to ensure compliance to JLL / client requirements

  • Manage supplier pre-qualification and compliance to health & safety, bank, financial stability and insurance requirements

  • Liaison with suppliers for documents collecting in proposal processes (sourcing, procurement initiatives)

  • Vendor master data set up / ensure data is correct / undertake data cleansing actions

  • Manage JLL systems and tools

  • Manage and maintain contract documentation, sourcing initiatives documentation

  • Reporting: compliance, contract analytics, actual spends analytics

  • Co-ordinate KPI monitoring through JLL systems regionally (supplier performance)

  • Take and typing of meeting minutes, memos, letters, notices etc. as and when required

Our requirements

  • Fluent in English – mandatory requirement

  • Good command of another European or Middle Eastern language would be a valuable asset: (especially French / German / Italian)

  • Minimum Bachelor's / Master's degree and 2-3 year experience in a similar role – mandatory requirement

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Take responsibility for completion of tasks

  • Excellent inter-personal, communication skills

  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel

Role Purpose

The role will be responsible for supplier information updates, data gathering, reporting. The aim will be to support execution of compliance in sourcing, procurement initiatives, ensure all JLL suppliers’ pre-qualification and compliance standards are maintained. The person will also be responsible for contracts administration and internal approvals collecting and support of sourcing initiatives.
