Your responsibilities
Timely and accurate verification of incoming requests related to new vendor setup and changes of sensitive vendor data.
Validation of incoming requests according to integrity, correctness, and necessity.
Direct phone confirmation of data with suppliers according to company policies and procedures.
Cooperating with internal stakeholders.
Assistance is solving ad hoc queries.
Handling incoming email queries.
Identifying and reporting process-related issues and implementing potential process improvements.
Supporting colleagues and carrying out tasks related to the backup structure.
Performing other related duties as assigned and ad hoc activities.
Our requirements
University degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent).
1–2-year experience in a Shared Services and international environment would be an asset, especially in Vendor Master Data / Accounts Payable.
Very good command of English (B2).
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels in a multicultural environment.
Ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive mindset.
Work from Monday to Friday.
Optional
Knowledge of Spanish.
