Your responsibilities
- Timely and accurate verification of incoming requests related to new vendor setup and changes of sensitive vendor data.
- Validation of incoming requests according to integrity, correctness, and necessity.
- Direct phone confirmation of data with suppliers according to company policies and procedures.
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders.
- Assistance is solving ad hoc queries.
- Handling incoming email queries.
- Identifying and reporting process-related issues and implementing potential process improvements.
- Supporting colleagues and carrying out tasks related to the backup structure.
- Performing other related duties as assigned and ad hoc activities.
Our requirements
- University degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent).
- 1–2-year experience in a Shared Services and international environment would be an asset, especially in Vendor Master Data / Accounts Payable.
- Very good command of English (B2).
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive mindset.
- Work from Monday to Friday.
Optional
- Knowledge of Spanish.
- Knowledge of SAP system.
