About the project

Key responsibilities of the VMD Administrator will be new supplier setup in the system and maintenance of the database, validation of correctness of incoming requests. VMF Administrator will also be responsible for Managing the relation with the suppliers.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for questions related to vendor master data

  • Complete vendor setup and maintenance in a timely manner

  • Ensure that all performed changes are supported with required supporting documentation and comply with company’s requirements and procedures.

  • Ensure high quality of master data

  • Vendor data controls

  • Seek and implement process updates

  • Sending the communication out to the suppliers

  • Obtain further information from suppliers for incomplete accounts

  • Offer guidance and support to the suppliers

Our requirements

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must

  • Good MS excel knowledge

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels and develop effective relationships

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Pro-active approach

  • Attention to detail
