Direct supervision of Vendor Master Data team in day-to-day operations across the Company
Shaping work environment based on trust, open communication, creative thinking and teamwork
Ensuring efficient work split and back up structure based on Key Areas of Responsibility and executing work schedules
Managing a team ensuring timely and accurate Service Delivery of Vendor Master Data processes - measuring and evaluating operational effectiveness, including productivity and quality in accordance with SOX controls
Ensure timely resolution of any escalations raised by local sites or any other business partner
Ensure that service levels meet the requirements of all established SLAs and KPIs
Supporting internal and external audit requirements in relation to VMD processes
Establishes regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure service is being delivered according to their expectations
Ensuring that Vendor Master Data process and Standard Operating Procedures are in place and all changes are reflected up to date
Identifies opportunities for Vendor Master Data governance, process or systems improvements, continuous improvement-oriented approach
Responsible for ensuring the team completes all training and compliance requirements in a timely manner
Proactive approach in issue resolution

Professional experience in SAP Master Data / Purchase to Pay field in GBS / Shared Service environment 4+ years
Experience in people management 3+ years, very good people management skills
Master’s degree in finance / Accounting or Economy would be beneficial
Strong Knowledge of SAP FI, SAP MM and MS Office (Excel)
Strong understanding of controls required
Excellent command of English language (additional language will be an advantage)
Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and lead people through ever-changing, dynamic business environment
Demonstrate a “can do” attitude with well-developed prioritization and time management skills, ability to delegate tasks
Openness for continuous improvement
Strategic thinking, proactivity, ability to initiate change, make decisions and manage time-dependent critical processes
Availability to work different shifts (8 – 16 and 14 – 22)
