About the project
We are looking for Vendor Manager to join Vendors & Licenses Management Unit. Vendor manager will manage vendor activities and maintain both new and existing vendor relationships to ensure that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations.

Your responsibilities
Work as part of Vendorsmanagers team, responsible for supporting and executing stability and quality of the services provided by the Vendor (s)
Supporting the management of contract(s) /vendor(s) in IT & NT area
Monitoring formal and operational execution of the agreements incl. verification of SLA reports
Developing relationship with the Vendors
Preparing the reports e.g. from BMC Remedy related to Vendor’s performance
Preparing analyzes, recommendations, materials related to the Vendors’ performance
Implementation and execution of the Vendor management process in the organization
Our requirements
Experience in the area of vendor management and service level management
Fluent English skills
5 + years plus relevant experience
Experience/ knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience in use BMC Remedy or other ticketing Workflow (s)
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and build effective business relationships
Analytical skills
Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
