VIP Account Manager - Mobile games
Location: Warszawa Ref. no.: VIP Games/2019
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, public relations or related field,
- 3+ years in an online gaming or marketing customer service environment/customer support role in the mobile games or gaming sectors,
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills and an ability to build trust,
- Effective communicator,
- Customer focused,
- Strong insight into gambling, and player needs,
- Data driven, and a strength of understanding trends and analytical thinking.
- Display outstanding personal service skills with players through a variety of channels,
- Establish and nurture relationships with a large group of VIP Players and proactively anticipate customer needs,
- Have regular communication with VIPs through a variety of communication channels,
- You will be the voice of VIP players, providing insight and being able to engage with User Research team to provide feedback on what VIPs love, and which aspects they’d like to change,
- Anticipate the needs and build strong relationships with key clients, providing direct on-call service for them,
- Evaluate the VIP player’s activities to maximize their life span,
- You will have an analytical mindset, and will monitor key KPIs such as contact rates, player activity, spending patterns, and act on these trends for your players,
- Analysis of past and current player behaviors and how they can be improved by bonus, gifting or events,
- Create and maintain a highly targeted program of activity specifically for high rollers with actions in and outside of our games,
- Retain a high level of VIP satisfaction.
