Our Brand and Merchandising Department in Warsaw (Poland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

Visual Merchandising Specialist (f/m)
(working 100%)
Work place: Warszawa

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and drive regional Visual Merchandising concept execution processes to maximize store sell-out, enhance brand equity within the region & local markets
  • Regular individual store visits in order to implement Visual Merchandising standards according to central guidelines
  • Develop local hands-on team skills to further enhance commercial shopping experience throughout the region
  • De-brief internal Store Development Team on new store layout; preparation of new and refitted stores orders (mannequins, POS, fixtures), support during store refit
  • Support the development of central seasonal Visual Merchandising training or creative Visual Merchandising Workshops
  • Work closely with Store Design and Retail Marketing in order to achieve high Visual Merchandising standards at the POS
  • Support regions (stores) with store layout and zoning directives
  • Support and drive the development of Visual Merchandising Guidelines

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial hands-on- Visual Merchandising with a Fashion Brand or Lingerie business/retailer
  • Proven track of record in delivering training is a must
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, dynamic, influencing personality
  • Sensitivity to beauty
  • Competent in all general Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint
  • Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Valid driving license category B or during the course
  • Willingness to frequent traveling across the country
