Your responsibilities

  • Development, coordination, support and securing a common approach for all WMS related tasks and responsibilities

  • Defining and follow up the action plan to reach global and local WMS goals

  • Providing support to operations on system set-up and system usage

  • Improve the efficiency of administration work across different departments

  • Working with a wide landscape of different systems (WMS/TMS/ERP)

  • Suggesting improvements based on Microsoft Office package (including Power Automate Tool, Power Aps and other)

  • System deployments: implementation of system developments and set-up in agreement with operations

  • Securing the support for development projects, support for the group, market and unit Busines Plan activities

  • Creating a link between Service Providers and Distribution Centre and Customer Distribution Centre operating frame, to find opportunities for costs optimization

  • Preparing, analyzing and updating reports for warehouse operations’ KPIs (e.g. Lead Time, Loading and Unloading Performance, Volumes, Filling Rate, Productivity and others)

  • Administrating and updating relevant IT systems used in Supply Chain

Our requirements

  • University degree (in logistics, economics, supply chain) or proven experience in logistics/commercial/supply chain management

  • 2-4 years of working experience in a related function (preferable in distribution, retail, logistics or similar)

  • Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

  • Strong interest in development of new technologies/solutions/tools within the area of expertise

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience in creating and updating reports as well as working with relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Good knowledge of warehouse logistics processes

  • Ability to work in a team and with different business stakeholders, within and outside the organization

  • Proactive mindset and openness to share opinions and possible improvements in processes

  • Ability to communicate in Polish and English (written and spoken)

About the job:

In the role of Warehouse Management System (WMS) Specialist, you manage the WMS on site, to support the stability and growth of our Central Fulfilment Units. You will also contribute to the development of operational processes by everyday supervision and development of the systems.
