Your responsibilities

  • As a Warehouse Manager you will primarily focus on the Operational side of Incora Chemical Warehouse.

  • You will be busy, and you will need to have the ability to multi-task, delegate and get the best of your team and manage multiple priorities at once.

  • You will be in the centre of the interaction with customers across EMEA region in a fast-paced growing organization and, as a first-class communicator, you will be able to maintain and develop excellent relations with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will strive for high performance for your team and be used to measuring performance against KPIs, through an ongoing review of department productivity.

  • The secondary focus is for each of the operations and functions to operate at an appropriate cost for the business.

  • You will also be a key player in ensuring the business customer service standards are met and deliveries are made on time.

  • Moreover, you will plan resources, including equipment, team members, and monitor warehouse capacity.

  • As the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure all auditing activities are planned and managed to meet all compliance requirements. Health and safety awareness will be also required, especially in chemical warehousing environment considering all related risks.

Our requirements

  • To be successful in this role you will need to utilise your leadership experience ideally from warehouse where chemicals are stored. It would be an advantage if you had some experience within aerospace industry.

  • You will be aware of Health & Safety legislation and management.

  • You will have financial awareness and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Your Project Management skills will come in handy.

  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques.

  • Excel skills

  • Ability to communicate in English (both written and spoken)

  • SAP experience
