Your responsibilities

  • Start and lead the new plant warehouses (Finish goods; Raw & pack materials) and processes in order to ensure safe working conditions, cost efficiency, continuity of the warehousing process with the expected quality and standards of operations;

  • Ensure continuity of loading at optimum level of performance & cost but also ensure compliance of all operations with company policy and local legislation;

  • Focus on continuous improvement (Lean agenda and tools);

  • Make decisions related to cost, customer service, product quality, people management, work safety and environmental protection;

  • Lead H&S culture for all employees in both warehouses;

  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure sustainability of performance improvements;

  • Create AOP for both warehouses. Guarantee compliance with AOP (capability, organization, volume, costs);

  • Deliver productivity;

  • Actively seek opportunities to increase KPI in accordance with the expectations of business (loading time, on line count inventory);

  • Create and implement strategy plans for the FG (finished goods) warehouse;

  • Ensure R&P material on time to production area according to FSSC, AiB requirements;

  • Manage/ participate in projects in specific areas within logistics;

  • Effectively cooperate within SC team to balance demand and supply plans; Share best practices with other facilities" to drive results and capability development;

  • Cooperate and support external warehouses to provide agenda and high level customer services;

  • Lead warehouses department directs to ensure adequate support systems are provided for the Plant;

  • Manage multiple and cross-functional projects and duties of varying priorities simultaneously; Leverage and support capital projects to drive process improvements;

  • Cooperate with external suppliers to achieve KPI and decreasing level of waste in both warehouses;

  • Develop standard operating procedures, specification documents, protocols, training programs, trouble-shooting guides and other documents to establish, improve and sustain operational and warehouses processes.

Our requirements

  • University degree (technical, food technology, management, economics, logistics);

  • Deep understanding of all business drivers and broader impact of warehousing;

  • Strong functional knowledge/expertise in the following areas: warehousing organization & technology, food safety, work safety, human resources, finance;

  • Experience in automation warehousing strongly preferred;

  • Min. 5 yrs of relevant experience in dedicated area and 3 yrs of experience in managing teams;

  • Fluent English & Polish (spoken and written);

  • Ability to motivate and engage teams;

  • Strong goal and result orientation;

  • Excellent people skills, impact and influence, team leadership, analytical skills;

  • Project Management skills (nice to have);

  • Strong commitment, energy and enthusiasm;

  • Strong collaboration and focus on stakeholders needs;

  • Ability to work in quickly changing environment that requires taking calculated risks to meet needs of stakeholders and clients;

  • Fluent in MS Office package;

  • Experience in working with SAP environment would be a plus.
