Your responsibilities

  • Ensure that all activities related to the project/transition are delivered in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting)

  • Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project

  • Present, facilitate and lead assigned process improvement projects

  • Overall warehousing and product distribution function to ensure effective and efficient stock management

  • Ensure service level - DIFOT (delivery in full on time)

  • Secure proper and careful handling of all ECCO products at all times

  • Monitor performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements

  • Optimize processes to achieve higher efficiency and savings

  • Drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis

  • Plan the inventory control, logistics and distribution

  • Ensure effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in producing quality

  • Analyse to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste and optimize customer service

  • Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities

  • Act as first line of mitigation for issues and escalates (if relevant) to agreed executives in the organization

  • Coordinate with related departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction

Our requirements

  • Solid background in Retail Supply Chain

  • Well documented International experience in change management projects/activities

  • Practice in applying lean tools and/or other process improvement methodologies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required

  • Customer and quality orientated

  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Flexible, creative and motivated team player

  • Fluent spoken and written English skills
