About the project

Media and Content is introducing new way how content is managed in one central store and distributed to multiple channels in HSBC. We are building components, templates, tools, forms, and other features powering nearly 40 markets across the globe.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, mentor and coach teams of Engineers, with a collaborative attitude, within a demanding, maturing Agile environment, delivering modern consumer facing digital products,

  • We promote a DevOps culture, so you will need to look beyond pure programming and get involved with the deployment and operation of the software you build,

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and negotiate fluently to define strategy and goals that deliver maximum business benefits. Manage the end-to-end components of the change journey, especially defining technical acceptance criteria,

  • Influence and champion new ideas and methods,

  • Help to identify, screen and select talent through recruitment process.
