Join us as a Web Analyst to strengthen our Team and support us with our daily tasks:

  • Driving analytics and measurement framework, leveraging data to control and improve activities across the IWM Marketing digital strategy
  • Measuring and tracking the impact of our digital marketing activities across the whole funnel
  • Ensuring regular delivery of accurate reporting on the results of campaigns, websites and other digital activities
  • Collecting and analyzing digital marketing metrics working with agencies and consultants
  • Providing insights to the team based on analysis and in the context of ongoing paid/owned activities across digital platforms
  • Working closely with UX expert to identify website experience problems
  • Ensuring proper integration and aggregation of data from multiple sources
  • Identifying issues, opportunities and solving data inconsistencies
  • Interacting with digital project managers and publishers to ensure alignment of analytics strategy with the implemented activities

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, incl. min 2 years within digital marketing analytics/reporting
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced knowledge of a web analytics tool such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing analytics, methodologies and platforms
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing and marketing automation
  • Ability to translate metrics into measurable insights and conclusions
  • Experience in combining analysis and creating reports (qualitative, quantitative); practical knowledge of R (or other programming language for data analysis) will be a strong asset
  • Experience with paid media analytics (e.g. Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Analytics)
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Power BI) would be a plus
  • Experience in analysis and optimization of content (SEO strategies, best practices) using relevant tools (e.g. Search Console, Search Metrics and others)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel (VBA will be an asset), Word, Access, and PowerPoint
