Who we're looking for

As we expanding our marketing operations at Deloitte in Central Europe, we are currently looking for person responsible for overall coordination of marketing communication in the region. The person will part of Deloitte Central Europe marketing team and will work directly with country marketing teams in 17 countries.

His or her job will be to effectively execute regional marketing communication while helping local country teams to localize and to blend it with local markeitng communication to achieve best possible results.

Who are we looking for?

Fluent English language and great communication skills – required for frequent communication with large number of stakeholders and provide them with clear, helpful input will be the most crucial task.
Marketing background – experience in marketing will be necessary for planing marketing communication in CE.
Copywriting skills in English – although the person will not be responsible creation of marketing content, he or she will most likely will need introduce minor edits to help adopt the content for local market.
MarTech experience – as digital is primary communication channel in CE experience of working with tools like CMS and Marketing Automation will be extremely useful.
Team management experience will an advantage.\

Your future role

Maintain editorial pipeline of regional publication.
Provide local country teams with all necessary marketing content.
Coordinate regional campaign, events and webinars.
Provide training and access to MarTech system used across CE region.
Identity and promote best marketing practices.
Maintain reporting and benchmarking of marketing results across CE.
Oversee regional web team of three persons (who provids graphics, analytics and surveys capabilities) and help them to manage their workload to support stakeholders in Central Europe.
