Webcast Administrator with German and English

Due to the growth of our newly opened workstream in GDS Poland, part of Administration and Workplace Services, we are looking for a new team member to support our client.
The Webcast Administrator acts as a single point of contact for all webcast related queries, providing start to finish support on such requests in German and in English.
As part of the Webcast team, the Webcast Administrator will be required to work efficiently with the support of webcast team members as POC for all webcast queries, and consistently provide support on webcast requests through all the stages of webcasting.
Your key responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position will be to produce webcasts and act as advisor for all webcast related queries including, but not limited to:
Client Management: represents the Team and answers queries on a timely manner to clients, ensuring positive impact and scope of continued business relations.
Requirement Gathering and Project plan: analyse the webcasting requirements from clients and follow a provided road-map of activities to be performed for all the stages of the webcast life cycle.
Speaker Management: confirm speaker participation for the webcast and conduct regular catch-up calls and briefing sessions with the host and speakers to ensure understanding of technology, confirm webcast presentation flow, and to conduct flawless live streaming.
Live event support: Setting up the webcast on the platform and provide live event support during the webcast for attendees and speakers,
Post event support: Ensure that the post event activities of the webcast are completed accurately and on a timely basis (e.g. replay creation and distribution, participation analysis reports, polls and surveys).
Skills and attributes for success
Working proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of webcasting tools such as Adobe Connect, iMeetLive, ON24, WebEx would be an added advantage but not mandatory
Experience with any audio/video production or post-production tool would be an advantage
Experience with organizing and guiding conference calls and moderating live events would be an advantage as well
