Your responsibilities
Validation and implementation Business Process changes in Workday
Creating test plans, conducting testing, and providing post implementation support
Providing end-user support, change management and issue resolution
Design and maintenance of system configuration, including Supervisory Organization, Custom Organizations, Location, Pay group etc
Our requirements
You have ability to design, build, test and deploy Workday HCM solutions
You have experience with maintaining master data values in Workday (ex: Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations)
You have experience with establishing a well-controlled systems environment by defining
documenting, and enforcing system standards
You have knowledge of HR operations and experience in employee data management
You have experience with providing end-user support
You have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
You have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients
You have ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
You have ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
Optional
Experience with ensuring compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies
Cross Functional knowledge with other modules of Workday
Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM
2+ years of experience with Workday HCM
