Your responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Compensation & Benefits matters and involve in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives

  • Perform Workday administrative functions relating to Workday Compensation & Benefits modules

  • Manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment,

  • Provide end-user support, change management and issue resolution

Our requirements

  • You have experience in participating in Workday delivery & support with a focus on Workday Compensation & Benefits modules,

  • You have experience in optimizing Workday Compensation & Benefits modules processes,

  • You have experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements and performing system design and configuration,

  • You have ability to create test plans and conduct testing,

  • You have ability to resolve issues on Workday Compensation & Benefits,

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Workday Compensation & Benefits Modules,

  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken),

  • English level - B2.

Optional

  • Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification (preferable in Compensation & Benefits)

  • Cross Functional Knowledge with other modules of Workday

  • HR functional experience

  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients
