Your responsibilities
- working directly with customers to design, build, test and deploy system configuration in the HCM area
- participating in the discovery workshops across functional domains
- providing business analysis related to a specific area(s) of functional expertise e.g. Recruiting, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, etc.
- working as a part of the project team to support architecture, scoping, implementation and post-production activities
- configuring and testing business processes according to customer requirements and system set-up
- supporting the data conversion and migration, integrations and respective validation streams
- developing and delivering customer-specific trainings and documentation
- helping clients resolve functional issues by offering in-depth expertise in the Workday solution
Our requirements
- Workday HCM Certification or alternatively at least 1-2 years of practical experience in HCM technology domain (Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle) gained during systems administration or maintenance
- practical HCM/HR experience gained during work in a role of HR processes owner or consultant in HCM area
- valid Workday certifications in areas like Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Benefits, Reporting, Time Tracking, Leave & Absence are highly preferred
- excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences, as well as to external Clients
- strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations
- fluent command of English language (knowledge of other languages would be an additional asset)
- experience in Workday Security will be an additional asset
- ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
- ability to travel (up to 50%)

Job Description:
Join the DXC Technology Workday team!
As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will act independently, advise, manage and build the solution configuration for large complex Workday engagements. You will provide subject matter expertise supporting delivery across multiple HR domains, testing and both presales and post-production engagements. You could be a part of the implementation team supporting Workday functional system setup or managed services team providing post-implementation support for Workday instances, also testing, or data migration streams. Will work closely with the Engagement Manager, Project Manager or Solution Architect also directly with DXC clients to help create strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions.
The Consultant acts as the key interface to the end-user and will assist in facilitating high-intensity workshops and supporting interviews to develop and validate functional requirements and build out the system configuration. Researches, designs, configures, tests and maintains existing and new business configurations during implementations or post-production support phases.
The Workday Integration Consultant will act independently and advise on, manage, and build/develop the solution integration/data conversion for complex Workday engagements. He/she will provide subject matter expertise for addressing customer solutions regarding interface, integration and technical data model design using build-in Workday solutions and external tools to build integrations and migrate data.
The Workday Integration Consultant could be a part of the implementation team supporting Workday system setup or managed services team providing post-implementation support for Workday instances, also testing, or data migration streams. Will assist in facilitating high-intensity workshops and supporting meetings to develop and validate technical requirements and build out the application/integration. Researches, designs, develops, integrates, tests and maintains existing and new business integrations.
The Consultant will be a key contributor for the DXC Workday Practice and will work closely with the Engagement Manager and/or Solution Architect and also directly with DXC customers to help create strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions.
