Your responsibilities
Proactively identify opportunities for future system enhancement to enhance the way Natura &Co uses technology in HR within your remit whilst also quantifying the associated business benefits
Act as Workday SME, proposing and promoting solutions that consider a broad business angle ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are considered when designing system or process changes
Analyses trends/data both externally (market) and internally (HR Business) to create insights to improve employee experience
Facilitates communication between different global and regional projects, stakeholders and initiatives to ensure changes are made in alignment. Ensuring we avoid duplication of effort and can identify, manage and mitigate all interdependencies.
Collaborate with internal HR, IT and Payroll teams as well as 3rd party partners to gather and document detailed requirements for system improvements and the development of new technology
Work closely with respective SME’s to spot improvements and weaknesses (cost, quality, effectiveness, efficiency) in the current People Technology systems and processes.
Own the backlog and deliver prioritization of major enhancements/CRs, Translate business requirements to functional requirements in Workday
Liaise with the brand COE´s, capturing new innovative ideas and suggestions, bringing them back to the WD Functional Leader as user stories to build upon and validate
Get alignment from HR Business and prepares business cases for tech implementations
Articulate the potential benefits from the changes in HR technology in a way that the brands can understand – that feeds into the business case for change
Develop functionality in all HRIS systems by keeping tools up to date with upgrades and releases and partner with operations team to manage the release schedule to ensure minimal disruption to the business. Conduct release analysis and recommend upgrades in line with business priorities.
Optimise existing process / system touchpoints and develop the touchpoint detail as directed by service design and innovation work to enhance user experience.
Our requirements
Desirable 5 - 8 years of experience in HRIS or similar areas
High degree of knowledge of Workday (especially the Recruiting module)
Experience in HR processes and working within an HR function is desired
Deep technical and functional knowledge of HR Systems
English – is a must have
Customer service and strong ability to anticipate and understand customer needs
Passionate about the potential of technology within HR, keeps abreast of market developments, new tools, approaches, vendors
Demonstrable experience in end-to-end HR transformation and entrepreneurial ability
Understanding of HR strategies, policies, and business processes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experienced in stakeholder management
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Spanish and Portuguese will be a differential
