Workday HCM Core & Onboarding Expert
Location: Katowice

Must have:

  • You have the ability to design, build, test and deploy Workday HCM and onboarding solutions,
  • Experience with providing functional oversight and gathering business requirements,
  • Experience with establishing a well-controlled systems environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards,
  • Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management,
  • Experience with providing end-user support,
  • Experience with ensuring compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies,
  • Experience with maintaining master data values in Workday (ex: Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations),
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM and Onboarding,
  • Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM,
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Cross Functional Knowledge with other modules of Workday,
  • Experience as technical lead of team,
  • 4+ years of consulting experience in HR domain.

Scope of duties

40%
  - Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Core HCM & Onboarding related matters
    and involve in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment
    with business objectives:
 
30%
  -Design and maintain system configuration, including Supervisory Organization,
    Custom Organizations, Location, Pay group etc:
 
20%
  - Create test plans, conduct testing, and provide post implementation support
 
 
10%
 - Validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday relating to onboarding
 

Additional skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively,
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects,
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients,
  • You actively seek for improvements & innovations.
