Your responsibilities

  • Develops, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances authorization structure.

  • Maintains quality and consistency of HR information system.

  • Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical and functional problems and deficiencies. Resolves complex problems.

  • Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed.

  • Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes.

  • Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems, operational changes, adjustments of working methods / processes

  • Develops training curriculum and conducts formal and informal training sessions regarding the HRIS.

  • Provides HRIS functional support to Human Resources and other staff.

  • Assists / trains colleagues in using HR systems/applications (sharing knowledge of HR systems / explains working methods)

  • Serves as liaison among HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll and Finance areas with regard to operations and the HRIS.

  • Various computerized information process flows and impact between the HRIS, Benefits,

  • Human Resources, Payroll and Finance areas;

  • Information system structure, operations and administration;

  • Reporting tools, report development and design;

  • Design, installation and maintenance of various HRIS systems;

  • Microsoft Office applications;

  • Deep understanding of Workday system

  • English allowing business communication / Other European languages nice to have

  • Proactiveness, problem-solving attitude

  • Taking ownership, “can do” attitude, goal orientation

  • Ability to understand stakeholders/business partners needs
