About the project
Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for R&D Laboratory Engineer for Laboratory team in Wroclaw. As the content owner, operator and designer, the team enables and operates industry best-in-class R&D laboratories. You will be working closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperating with Laboratory teams in other countries at 16 sites.
Your responsibilities
As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting data quality assurance in a global asset management database – a key tool used by almost 18k users around the world to plan equipment usage in Nokia MN R&D laboratories.
Working Student in this role will constantly help to improve data quality in the system and integration new features in the tool to achieve the highest levels of data reliability and completion. As part of daily duties will be responsible for clean-up activities of big databases including finding inconsistencies and physical searching if needed.

Our requirements
Status of a student of Computer Science, Software Technology or Telecommunications or equivalent education
Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
Good knowledge of MS Excel (including macros)
Basic knowledge of SQL query with keen interest to growth
Base knowledge of MS Power BI
Optional
Basic scripting knowledge
Database management experience
Data analytics experience
Be proactive with a “will do” attitude
Excellent team player
