Xbox Service Representative with Russian
Candidate must be available to start work from 23.11.2020.
Candidate must be available to start work from 23.11.2020.
Who will provide support assistance (technical and non-technical) to Microsoft Xbox users.
The main goal is to provide gamers with the best experience in using the Xbox products.
You will take care of:
- Answering customer requests or inquiries concerning Xbox console, games and accessories;
- Identifying and providing via phone or chat solutions to the Gamers questions and issues;
- Delivering first-class customer experience;
- Creating a positive impression of the support team.
Requirements:
- Excellent Russian written and spoken language skills are a must;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of Polish;
- Ability to work Monday – Friday: 07:00-16:00;
- Passion for console, mobile and/or PC gaming;
- Technical knowledge, and demonstrated troubleshooting skills will be an asset;
- Desire to be a part of the Gaming industry.
