Develop and implement effective country-specific sales strategies for YaraVita
Achieve sales targets
Follow local market (environment, stakeholders, competition, customers, farmers)
Initiate actions (presentations, seminars, field days, etc.) to increase Yara position
Negotiate and close agreements with key distributors and customers
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Liaise with Marketing & Agronomy to ensure brand consistency
Enhance Farmer Centric Strategy execution
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
3 years sales experience; experience on pesticides’ market would be an asset
Agriculture background (university grade)
Strong agronomical knowledge
Good interpersonal skills
Strong drive for results and customer focus
Available to travel on a regular basis
Good computer knowledge and competent with Microsoft Office
Proficiency in SalesForce and PowerBI would be an asset
Fluent written/spoken English, Polish native

Sales & Marketing Europe caters to large mature and developing markets, supported by the presence of core production assets and terminal infrastructure. In Europe, the market is characterized by a high level of complexity and diversity. Yara is present in over 60 countries and over time Yara developed various business models thanks to its talented people, nitrate-based products, reliability of supply to customers, infrastructure and knowledge base. About the Position Position holder’s focus is to expand and implement effective country-specific sales strategies for YaraVita (premium foliar fertilizers dedicated to open field crops), identify new markets and customer leads, pitch prospective customers, as well as maintain good customer relations with existing customers and pursue new sales opportunities.
