At Packhelp, we are rethinking what creating custom-branded packaging should be. We are now serving more than 12000 customers from 30 countries. We make the process of designing and ordering packaging as smooth and seamless as possible. With a minimum order quantity of just 30 pieces, we have enabled thousands of companies to order their custom packaging without the hassle or ruining their budgets.

Currently we are looking for an Account Manager, to help our business skyrocket in Europe and beyond. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our top customers. As an Account Manager, you will manage a dedicated customer portfolio by building meaningful business relationships, creating mid/long term account development plans and, adding value to customer business by providing constant packaging advisory. In essence, you'll become part of a team of hustlers who's working hard to grow and expand Packhelp throughout Europe and above.

Account Manager


  • 1+ years of direct B2B account management experience
  • Business acumen, ability to listen and gain trust, client planning skills
  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, logistics, or packaging
  • Fluency in English and one of the following: German or Spanish or French, is a must
  • Strong, clear communicator - relationship savviness
  • Commitment, creativity, and independence
  • Enthusiasm for dynamic, early-stage, growth-focused companies
  • Highly effective writing and sales presentation skills


  • Build and cultivate strong relationships and trust with customer stakeholders, set and manage their expectations on a project basis
  • Understand client needs and objectives to deliver an appropriate packaging solution, enabling the client to meet their objectives
  • Accurately record client information and feedback relating to their projects, so it can be smoothly handed over to responsible units
  • Finalize deals to successfully meet your quarterly revenue targets 
  • Work in a cross-functional setup with multiple internal teams
